Q: What’s PTC, Anyway?
PTC or Paid-To-Click is just one of the Earning Opportunities Online. Members of PTCs are from all over the world!
It is an online business model where a
member is paid to view an advertisement. PTC websites act as middlemen
between advertisers and members/consumers; the advertiser pays for
displaying ads on the PTC website, and a part of this payment goes to
the member when he views the advertisement. You can be a member to earn
and you can also be an advertiser to promote your business!
Yes, there are lots of ways to earn
money on the Web. There is Blogging, Affiliate Marketing, SEO Writing,
etc. Though PTC is the easiest and can be the stepping stone for those
still noob in Online Earning. As said above, this could be a source of
your extra income.
Q: So How Will I Earn?
All you have to do is to Register (Free Registration), Click the
available Advertisements to click or view for the day then you will
already be credited for that. Ads, are refreshed everyday after 24
hrs. Some ads also appear from time to time. That means your earnings
will be daily also!
Q: How Much Will I Earn?
It depends on the PTC site. They
usually pay $ 0.001 – $ 0.01 per ad clicked (for free standard members)
or up to $ 0.005 – $ 0.025 per ad clicked (for premium members, w/
upgrade fee). Number of ads available to click usually ranges from 4
ads to more than 10 ads a day. You will also earn from your Referrals’ clicks.
Q: What’s a Referral?
A referral is someone who joined the PTC site using your referral
link (the PTC site will provide you your referral link or banner for
promotion). In short, you’re his/her referrer. If new members joined
w/o a referrer, they will rented or sold by PTC sites admin to paying
members to take credit of their clicks. So if you join now w/o a
referrer, eventually someone will be.
Q: How Will I Have Referrals?
You may refer your family or friends or post your ads or referral
link to your blogs or websites if you have, to your social network
sites like friendster, multiply, facebook, etc or to sites that offer
posting of free ads like sulit.com.ph. There are also sites that offer
traffic to your page. You may also advertise in the PTC site itself.
IMPORTANT: Be careful in referring members in your
household. Some PTCs are strict with 1 IP address, 1 Member only. There
are others which allow multiple members under 1 IP address but they
should have their own computer. Only
one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more
than one account in a single computer views advertisements, all of
those accounts will be permanently suspended.
Always read a PTC’s Terms or Service (TOS) for the Do’s and Dont’s in their site. If you’re still having problems with the site, you may post your concern on their Support Forum or send them a Support Ticket.
Q: When Will I Get My Earnings?
It also depends on the PTC site’s
minimum payout requirement & if they pay instant payment or
traditional. The usual minimum payout is $2 – $10, meaning, you can
request payout if you already reached that amount. If payment is
instant, w/in minutes or 1 -2 days you will get your payment. If
traditional payment, usually it takes 30 days (for standard members) to
get paid.
Q: How Will I Get Paid?
You have to make a Payment Processor
account. The most famous of which are Paypal & Alertpay. It is like
a “cyber bank” where you can deposit & withdraw your fund or
earnings from an Online Business like PTC. You may also use this
account for selling or buying stuff over the net.
All you have to do is register for free
(as a start choose the personal account). It’s important to verify your
account so you’ll have no hassles with your transactions. Usually,
Online Businesses like PTC require their members to have their payment
processor verified.
